New Belgium – Super Cru

Last night I enjoyed a bottle of New Belgium’s Super Cru from their Lips of Faith series. I’ve had the bottle for a while, so I almost forgot it was brewed with Asian Pear Juice until I looked at the bottle before pouring. It’s very different and not an overly pear flavor, but rather a crisp sweetness along with the strong flavor of the malts. I’ll definetely drink it again, but now I want to look for more of the Lips of Faith series.
